Six years in QA on products that don't forgive mistakes: iGaming, blockchain, LLM agents. Leading 14 engineers at SprutGaming — 21 microservices, Go, Kafka, payment flows with real money. Came from frontend, so I read code and find root causes — not symptoms. First in the company to introduce AI-assisted QA as a formal standard. I build quality as a system property, not a pre-release checklist.
- I read code, not just UI — came from React/Next.js frontend. I find the root cause of a bug in minutes, not hours.
- Tested non-standard products with no existing playbooks: L2 ETH DEX, LLM chat with agents, crypto platforms — wrote the approaches from zero.
- iGaming scale: 21 microservices, payment integrations (crypto invoice, H2H, fiat), Go services, Kafka, Kubernetes. Bugs in payments are real money.
- First in the company to introduce AI-assisted QA: LLM DB migration verification, Cursor IDE + Claude + Figma MCP. A company standard since 2025.
- Built QA from scratch twice: zero coverage to full cycle — checklists, test cases, AC review, smoke + e2e, DoD — in 6 months.

QA Engineer / Frontend Dev · VegaAvangard
First QA role in a company that had none before. White-box testing of a CRM, frontend in React alongside. Ended up as the sole QA on the project.
- 2021
QA Engineer / Frontend Dev · Aurora Infinity
Several non-standard products back to back: an author social network, an L2 ETH DEX, a crypto platform. Playwright, Jest, ~70% coverage, mobile testing via TestFlight.

QA Engineer — LLM & Crypto · Aurora Infinity
LLM chat with MCP servers and agent tool calls — a product with no existing testing playbooks. Wrote the approaches from scratch.

Senior QA Engineer · SprutGaming
iGaming B2B platform: white-label casinos, payment flows (crypto invoice, H2H, fiat), 21 microservices. Introduced AI-assisted QA as a team workflow.

QA Lead · SprutGaming
Team of 14 (9 core + 5 contractors). Built processes from zero, onboarded 8+ engineers, syncs with CTO 3× a week.
- Become a public voice on AI-assisted QA — it's a hot topic with almost no quality content yet.
- Shift-left as a cultural norm: quality is designed into requirements, not patched after release.
- Grow engineers who think in systems and risks — not ones chasing task counts.
- Cut escaped defects and MTTR through observability, automation, and ownership culture.
- Build teams that run without my hands-on control — because good processes scale, managers don't.
AI-assisted QA — company regulation, not a pilot
2026LLM DB migration verification, pixel-perfect via AI, e2e with Cursor IDE + Claude and Figma MCP. Rolled out in 2025 — before it became an industry trend.
